kale chips with truffle salt

Let’s be honest. Pretty much any food is better with truffle.
IMG_1604Take kale, for instance. Add truffle to kale, and you’ll never go back. (Side note: I’m not even really sure what truffle is exactly. But it tastes delicious. And that’s all I’m really concerned about.)

Kale chips are one of the easiest and healthy snacks to make.

You, too, can make them in just 5 easy steps:

1. preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. spread kale on baking sheet (I put foil down first for easy cleaning cause I’m lazy like that!)
3. spray with olive oil
4. sprinkle a little truffle salt

5. bake for 10 minutes
