One of my go-to breakfasts is a smoothie. I make them a million different ways. Only recently did I discover the goodness that is adding Young Living Cinnamon Bark essential oil to them!
I’ve always added cinnamon to my smoothies as it helps regulate blood sugar. But I have to say one drop of this oil tastes waaay better than a teaspoon of cinnamon!
Just because it’s chilly outside doesn’t mean a smoothie can’t be a wonderful breakfast. I mean… what else are puffy jackets for?!
Without further ado, here’s the recipe for my…
pumpkin spice smoothie
