crockpot lemon chicken

I love crockpot dishes. They do all the work for you! And they just make good plain cozy comfort food for this chilly winter weather!

The hubs and I had a bunch of leftover veggies and just needed a meat dish for dinner, so I set a couple of frozen chicken breasts out to thaw when I woke up, put them in the crockpot around noon, and by 7pm dinner was served!

This recipe calls for Young Living’s lemon essential oil. {You can get some here.} What I love about cooking with essential oils is you get all of the flavor with none of the mess/prep/hassle/annoyance!

Without further ado…
