instant relief for achy muscles

panaway

I have a tendency to get achy muscles when I’m out of my regular routine of healthy eating, exercise, and a good life/rest balance. It usually lands in the place just above my knees and up through my quads. Often when it comes on I feel like a prisoner in my body unable to escape the pain.

This last week and a half has been a busy one. We have gone from Junior High camp with our church youth to a full day at Disneyland with our family to a weekend in Texas for a wedding, and I find myself here on this Monday with great memories of joy but with great feelings of exhaustion.

And with that exhaustion comes all the aches.

I haven’t had the time for proper exercise. I have been drinking more coffee than usual. And I haven’t been fueling my body with the good nutrition it deserves.

But I do have something to help ease the aches. And that’s this–oils. Panaway in particular!

I sat on my bathroom floor, rubbed coconut oil along the area of achiness, placed two drops of Panaway on each leg and gave myself a little massage.

And I kid you not–within minutes I felt relief.

I sit here now typing this, longing to share this gift with you, of chemical-free, paraben free, fragrance/parfum free relief for all your achy muscles, too–whether from an autoimmune disorder or soreness due to exercise and anything else in between.

I’m grateful that despite the fact that our fallen world has stained what God created perfect, in His goodness He has given us so many of the tools we need for health, wellness, and relief from all of life’s busyness and every joyful but exhausting event on our calendars.

Be happy. Be healthy. Be oily.

And happy Monday friends!
