Two weeks with our sweet Noelle. First outing with just mama—to the pediatrician. First four hour stretch of sleep. First time wearing this adorable bonnet!⠀
It’s incredibly fun to dress this little “doll” of mine up. I’m getting the hang of taking care of her during the week when daddy is at law school. And well, we make a pretty dang good team.⠀
I’ll admit, I was a bit anxious about my parents leaving and being on my own with her. I was afraid I’d be exhausted, overwhelmed, and unable to handle the demands of motherhood solo. And yet, God has provided in the most amazing of ways (like that 4 hour stretch of sleep!)⠀
This little babe fills my heart. She smiles when she sleeps. And I could snuggle her all the day long.⠀
I have a feeling we are going to be the very best of friends.⠀
