Today I’m sharing my top 4 wellness tools for winter!
1. immune rollerball
If y’all know me at all, you know I’m obsessed with essential oils. These tiny unicorn tears hold some seriously big power when it comes to boosting our immune systems. Here’s what in my “immune” rollerball {super cute, if I might add, from Whimsy and Wellness}:
- 3 drops each lemon, lavender, oregano, thieves, RC + frankincense.
- Top with Young Living’s V6 vegetable carrier oil.
- Shake it like a polariod picture + apply to feet, neck + wrists 3X/day.
2. Thieves essential oil
This is possibly my favorite oil. Thieves smells like Christmas and packs a punch when it comes to boosting the immune system and fighting illness.
- Place one drop of bottom of feet, rub feet together, let sit for 30 seconds, then be on your way to feeling better with each step.
- Diffuse 2-3 drops while you sleep and during the day.
- Place one drop on tongue (of under if you’re brave — burns so good!). Wait 30 seconds, then swallow.
3. Inner Defense supplement by Young Living
Take 2 a day to keep the sickness away. No lie, Clay had a horrible cold that lasted for two weeks that I never got. I credit all these remedies, but mainly this one! Here’s what YL has to say about it:

- Place 6 droppers full of liquid under tongue (1 tsp), hold for 30 seconds, then swallow.
